The unit powers on and works. There is a part that is broken on the holder side. It’s a plastic piece. On the last photo I circled it in red so you can see the spot where the piece is broken off from. I tested it using the demo mode. Rollers moved and the plotter head moved but when it would change tools it would make a clicking noise because the holder would not rotate.
The only thing included is the plotter and a power cord. No tools are included.
