    Vintage Navy Point Chart Plotter Excellent Condition with full instructions and protective sleeve. Made by Alencon Plastics, France.
    it is 19 3/4" length with a 6" diameter. Ideal for using to lay out course lines or plot fixes from multiple fixed positions obtained by a sextant or hand bearing compass. The clear perspex material makes it  transparent for overlay on a chart. The center arm of the protractor  is fixed with 2 adjustable arms and a hole in the center of the compass for marking your positions.
