The Steelton 16" x 16" x 2" stainless steel hood filter is durable and traps grease and solids to prevent unsafe conditions and reduce the risk of grease fires in commercial kitchens. It's made of welded type 430 stainless steel, with rugged drop handles for easy installation and removal. It can be cleaned with soap and water or a pressure washer, and is dishwasher safe, but should be degreased before dish machine cleaning. Avoid leaving chemicals on too long to prevent corrosion.
